Great Service!!!: I had purchased my flooring from them at an exceptional price and when it came down to installation the guys were very nice and very meticulous... I will definitely be returning to them in the future.

They had to relay our floors FOUR times before they got it right!: Sales agent was very happy with our buy, saying we made an excellent choice and priceworthy floor.
Subcontractors came put the floor in on two floors, we found over 100 cracked pieces of wood. Retailer said it was because of the dry air... This was July in Ottawa and we did not have an air conditioner. As you know the air in the summer is very humid almost wet, so they just tried to blame the problem on something else. We fought with them over this for six months until they agreed to redo the job, at a time my wife was 7 months pregnant. They came back in January, ripped the floors out put the started putting the new one in, after second day I went over the mein floor to find another 100 pieces that were cracked and/or chipped. At this point the owner, Les Galko, blames the sub contractor and they went with another one to do the floor a third time.
So a few weeks later, they do it again and of course the same story! This time Les goes, "Well, personally I would not even use this wood for fire wood!"---Huh? Come again? Had we not been praised for the choice of wood the first time around?
He sends their own inspector to check the floor and he said the wood was of miserable quality and should never have been sold. At this point he was so fed up with Les and his stories, he decided to upgrade and lay the floor himself. It took him a few days longer, but he finally did it. Good for him!

In short, beware of this company and their sales and warranties, they're worth nothing. After the fourth time around they still wanted extra money for the final floor, a bill which we gladly chucked in the trash.

Horrible, horrible service!!
