Disappointed with customer service: I had an insurance claim for minor body damage to my motorcycle .<br/>
I was in the process of moving at the time and got a quote in B.C. but didn't have time to get the work done.So I took the parts list into Sampson's and they ordered the parts and did the work.I picked up the motorcycle and didn't look it over too closely because it was filthy from a previous ride and trusted Sampson's .When I cleaned it realized Sampson's had replaced some parts that were not damaged and left parts on the bike that were damaged.When I discussed this with them ,I was told told they were aware when they did the work but just assumed I wanted those specific parts replaced that were not damaged and to leave the ones that were because the parts list I gave them .My motorcycle is mint and so it stands to reason that "I would want to keep damaged parts on it "and replace parts that were in perfect condition.Long and the short of it G.W. Sampson does not stand behind their work and customer satisfaction falls far short of what they claim
