Dad’s the butcher; daughter’s the sausage-maker. Their hole-in-the-wall spot is draped with dried, smoked, Eastern European-style meat products (slabs of bacon—breakfast will never be the same—Hungarian farmer’s sausages, ham hocks, among others). Lineups are a fixture.
