There are more worthy charities for students.: I volunteered there because my work was doing it and it was not an enjoyable experience. You cannot pretend to be a role model or a teacher in just one day. The students should be receiving better programs that teach them real life skills. It was a waste of time for me and the students.

Junior achievement needs you!: With a waiting list of 13,000 students, the demand by teachers for Dollars with Sense, JA's one day Grade 7 program, outweighs our ability to deliver in Toronto, York, Peel, Simcoe and Halton regions.

Who better for the job than you?

As a JA volunteer you are integral to the mission and strength of our organization. Because of you, our students have acquired and developed skills that will prove invaluable as they wind their way through personal and professional roles and relationships for years to come.

What better time than now?

In a world faced with economic crisis the JA mission is more critical than ever. In our 40 years of program delivery at JA we have learned that getting kids engaged early on is one of the major contributing factors in their continued success.

To learn more about volunteering for the Dollars with Sense program or to learn about other Junior Achievement Programs please visit our website: www.jacentralontario.org.
