A stained-glass chandelier bathes lacquered tables and a cosy wood bar in a soft glow that matches subdued music conducive to conversation. "Get there early or late" caution regulars of this "pleasant neighbourhood boîte" in West End proffering "consistently satisfying" French and German specialties via "knowledgeable", "attentive" servers; "no reservations" often "means a wait" in the "tiny" 35-seat dining room, but "just like your favourite pair of worn-in boots", it's "comfy" and "makes you feel good."
