worst birthday party!!! Not worth the money!: We booked my daughters 10ths birthday party at Planet Laser New Westminster. I payed 407$ for 13 kids and 10 goodie bags. This was by far the most expensive and worst birthday party we ever had.

First of all, the place was poorly organised. There was no one to help with registration and no one to give directions and explain how to play the game. Shawn (person responsible) not only did not provide any instructions or info on the game but yelled at the children for asking questions. I complained to the manager Curtis who was very defensive and not helpful at all.
Te birthday package was supposed to include 2 slices of pizza per every child, a drink, a big enough cake for all 14 kids. Each pizza was sliced into 14 slices, when its only ment for 8 slices, I've never seen such a small slice of pizza in my life! The cake was a small round cake from dairy queen, which I think should be cut into 8 slices instead of 14. No knifes, forks, plastic knifes were provided. We had to cut ice cream cake with a pizza cutter. Instead of napkins we were gived paper towels from the washroom. Now the question is what did we pay the 407$ for? Two pizza from pizza hut and small ice cream cake..... I was gravely dissapointed since you can only have one 10th bithday party. I hope the owner will read this and improve/make some changes.
