Great Service: I want to thank Marks auto body for fixing my car once again, Ive had it brought in there a few times and each time Ive been completely satisfied with the work! My car looks amazing and was back to me very fast and was extremely happy with the result and how friendly they were. They were able to get me in the same day and get me a courtesy so I wasnt carless as I rely on my vehicle a great deal! I am grateful and will continue to recommend people see you :) Laura M.

At Mark's we ALWAYS stands behind our work.: I came across your post and was rather surprised as we consistently have one of the highest CSI ratings in the industry for customer satifaction and quality of repair. Regardless, nobody is perfect but we ALWAYS stand behind what we do with a lifetime warranty. I didn't find your name in our records so I'm assuming it is not your real name. I did review your other posts on this site and have gathered that you own a 2000 Audi A6. We only have one 2000 A6 on our records that we repaired in 2010. If this is the same vehicle, we painted your plastic front bmpr cover. I don't have any record of a warranty redo/comeback on file for that vehicle which would suggest it was a minor issue which we cut polished, regardless we would be more than happy to make it 100%. If it is inconvenient for you to drop it off, we would be more than happy to pick up your vehicle, repair the issue and bring it back to you. We take a great amount of pride in our work and quite often go beyond what the insurance companies pay us and do extra work for free in order to service our customers the very best possible. In your review you mentioned that the paint on the front cover is not holding up against the original paint on the rest of the vehicle. Your post was dated Aug 27th and we completed that vehicle on Aug 20th which doesn't make sense? That is hardly enough time to see any breakdown of paint. My guess is this post is not legitimate, you have the wrong shop or the 2000 Audi's original paint has faded after 11yrs of UV radiation exposure so our fresh paint would definitely have a gloss difference. If it's the latter then we can also help remedy that issue by polishing the adjacent panels, bringing up the gloss. Unfortunately we cannot accelerate the aging on our finish. We rarely have these issue with newer vehicles. Please feel free to contact me directly and I'll personally see to it that you're satisfied.

Dino
Average Quality and Service: I was involved in a collision where the front end of my vehicle was damaged, so I had my vehicle's insurance claim completed at Mark's Autobody in Coquitlam. The repair was done in a timely manner, with my vehicle ready at the time it was promised. Upon inspection of my vehicle I noticed several flaws in the repair, so I had to return my vehicle to have those flaws repaired properly. Unfortunately this was a tremendous hassle to me, as I only had the one vehicle. Although a complimentary courtesy car was provided, just the time to drop the vehicle off, explain my findings and having to pick my vehicle off again at a later date was inconvient to say the least. Also, after a period of time I did notice the quality of the refinishing did not stand up to the quality of the original paint on the rest of the vehicle. I did not return my vehicle to Mark's Autobody a third time as it was just too time consuming to go back and forth and structurally the vehicle safe. I wouldn't recommend Mark's Autobody for any collision repairs.
