Nu Life Kitchens is Fantastic!!!: Hello!
I've just had my kitchen renovated by Nu Life Kitchens and cannot say enough good things about them and my new kitchen! Wow! My neighbours are all jealous and now I cannot get rid of them. The service, install time and quality of products were all perfection.

Thanks to all the staff and installation crew from Nu Life Kitchens for making my kitchen dreams come true. You will be getting a call from at least 2 of my neighbours very shortly.

Sincerely,
Not Too Concerned About Customer Satisfaction: We hired Nu-Life Kitchens to renovate our kitchen. This entailed resurfacing our existing cabinets, as well as changing the counter tops.
Nu-Life Kitchens then partnered/subcontracted the counter top work to "Precision Stone/The Marble Factory" that have or did have addresses
on both McGillvary & Scurfield in Winnipeg.
The issue was the Precision Stone drilled a hole for the kitchen faucet in the wrong spot in our new counter top. We then spent considerable time trying to find a suitable faucet to fix this major problem that they had created. And guess what? Not only did Nu-Life Kitchens take no initiative to adjust the bill to try to make up for the inconvenience & annoyance, even after we specifically raised this omission, but NOTHING was considered to reduce the bill except a separate $300 charge for a "return trip to install" a small piece of granite & another separate $100 charge to put previously paid cupboard door handles on. Mark, the "owner/operator" of Nu-Life even said to me "…well it's not like you were without water for 2 months…" WOW, what customer service!!!
The kitchen reno actually turned out beautiful so it's very unfortunate that this overall experience has made us feel like we were not valued or respected as a customer. There really was no gesture of goodwill or an attempt to improve customer satisfaction.
My suggestion is to do your research & make sure that you find a company that values you as the paying customer & takes the initiative when a problem arises. Buyer beware!!
