Horrendous, Irresponsible and unprofessional: First off, I just want to premise that I was charged with $400 for not booking an elevator. That in itself is a joke. Then having inquire about the details of the this charge, I had to deal with a man by the name, Joseph Tsang. At first I was deferred to one of his many associates, who knew nothing. After several attempts, I realize he's never at his desk and when I leave voicemails...no response. Until i left a nasty one. His assistant assures he's in but he's impossible to get a hold of. After being put through the ringer and getting ahold of him via email... he diminishes the people he's providing service for, saying they "lack common sense or intelligence." I know I'm not the only one out there and I have seen other reviews on yelp and whatnot, but I urge anyone who's building management is under Rancho to speak up if they have issues w them because they clearly are incompetent.

Rancho Made it Right: Rancho manages my condo unit in the Maynard's Block development. One of the appliances provided by the developer failed within the first year of operation and getting it replaced under warranty did not go smoothly. My tenant was without a fridge for 5 weeks. This was of course unacceptable <br/><br/>However, Rancho management did the right thing. They have accepted full responsibility for the errors and are paying compensation to the tenants for their inconvenience.

Rancho Doesn't care about your bed bugs.: I live in the infinity tower in surrey (13618 100th ave) and we are having a bed bug infestation in our building. Because bed bugs infest from one unit to another and back again we need the strata's help to identify using K9 detection which units are infested with bed bugs. <br/><br/>However they refuse to help even though it would cost them about $600 for the investigation and they collect $70,000 a month from strata fee's in our 350 unit building. <br/><br/>This Rancho Strata Vancouver only cares about money, not the tenants. BEWARE OF BED BUGS.

Rancho manages absolutely well...: In last 3 years, I was dealing with 2 property managers from Rancho. Their professionalism and expertise left me very good impressions. I am a real estate investor currently owning 4 investment properties and I am dealing with a few property management companies across the country. Rancho is by far the best one I am dealing with and I highly recommend Rancho to every rental property owner on the lower mainland in BC.
