Description
Busy neighbourhood restaurant co-owned by Top Chef Canada season two winner Carl Heinrich and highly respected butcher Ryan Donovan. The menu is influenced by farm-to-table and nose-to-tail philosophies, but specific dishes are more finely honed than those practices tend to imply. In other words, expect far more than simple comfort food. Dinner Mon.-Sat. Casual. Entrees: $21-$26. AE, MC, V.

Editorial Reviews
Celeb chef Carl Heinrich highlights all things local with an Eclectic menu (pierogi share the menu with jerk chicken, pasta and quinoa salads on the far-reaching roster) that focuses on seasonal ingredients and Ontario-raised meats. The bustling, subway-themed eatery has a daily chalkboard menu and its lunchtime prix fixe has made it the 'it' spot for midday meals.
