Not fulfilled: The cleaner showed up close to on time but a phone call would have been nice to let me know he was behind. The equipment look very outdated the reason I say that is the truck was 1980's the cleaner had some technical issues which resulted in some back-flow of dirty water onto my carpet. I watch him clean his traps in my driveway leaving bits of other people hair everywhere and the smell was undesirable. It seemed there was a lack of suction which left my carpet very wet, I had my heat on for days to dry the carpets. Just a bad experience.

Not great: I was not happy with the look of my carpets after the dried. They were cleaner in some spots but looked like stirred mud in others. My carpets are 1 year old, I think if the tech took a little more time he might of had better results. Oh and the carpet were very crunchy after like walking on chips.

Watch out: These guys are running a business with there head cut off. No one seem to know what going on what they clean and where?????? Awful job need to call another company to fix there mess.

Sears Carpet Cleaning wasted my day.: My cleaning service was scheduled for 8am. I waited for 30 minutes and they did not phoned to update me on their schedule. It took me 3 tries to and which they phoned back 20 minutes later. They told me they will phone their technician and get back to me. Another 20 minutes passed till they phoned me back to and informed me they have mixed up the appointments and there are no other available spaces for that day. It took them more than an hour to tell me they made a mistake and will not be coming. As if they expect me to take half a day off work to wait around for them. I will absolutely never call on them again. They didnt seem to care and made it seem like my fault. I have a coupon and I wonder if thats why they missed my appointment because it was less money for the tech to earn. I will throw away this coupon before using it again.
