Horrible customer service: I arrived at the summerside motel with a couple of friends. I went to check into the room that I had prepaid (they also had a credit card on file). When I got to the front desk one of the owners said "Looks like its going to be party central in here" I said "not at all me and my friends are going out and then I am coming back here to sleep later". The owner then said that I would need to put down a $200 cash/debit deposit on top of what I had paid AND with the credit card on file. I asked her what for and she said "I have seen this before" I am not sure what "this" was, but I asked her for a refund and went else where. 2 days still no refund NOT IMPRESSED.
