Description
Attractive, contemporary-rustic décor is the ideal counterpart to the Bison's fabulous Canadian cuisine. The bison burger, topped with Saskatoon berry chutney, comté and house-made smoked tomato ketchup, is scrumptious. The lounge is divine: I have only tried the lounge here, though I absolutely must try the restaurant on my next time through. I have heard amazing things. The lounge offers a particular treat, a wine and cheese pairing sampler. You get a selection of local and nearby cheeses and wines to match, mostly from nearby and/or interior BC, and the pairing and tasting notes. Just delightful!
