Disappointed: I went there last night at 8 the place closes at 9. There were a couple of people there getting their feet done. Joseph did my nails, it seemed like he was trying to talk me into acrylic nails, but i wanted gel. Man oh man that hurt! I have had gel nails before and it didn't hurt but this time every nail hurt under the light like it was burning. I think that is why he wanted me to get the acrylic. Also three of my nails seem to be shaped off to one side. I won't be going back there this was the second time. Last time it was just a manicure and they didn't wait long enough in between coats and the polish was gummy another lady there said the same thing about them putting on the coats too fast. Very disappointed

Total Rip-Off !!!: I went in & got myself a pedicure & manicure, which I was fairly happy with. It cost me over $50 for the 2. This was a Sunday afternoon & I was going on vacation for 2 weeks the following Wed. Well to my surprise Wed came & both the polish on my feet & hands started to come off !!! AFTER 3 DAYS !!!! I've been to places where it lasts 2 months ! On top of that, after returning from my vacation I decided to call them & let them know about this & see if they could do anything to appease me as I was certainly not happy with this. They FINALLY agreed to give me a free colour. Well I called back to book my appt & all of a sudden it's going to cost me $8 ????? They say it's been so long snce it happened that they can't give me a free colour now. Are you kidding me ??? They spent 5 mins on the phone arguing with me & can't even do anything for me....NIce customer service hey ? They go back on their word, after they agree to the free colour (after much arguing !) AND they can't even spare the $8 to make a customer happy ????? UNBELIEVABLE ! I will NEVER go there again obviously, and will tell everyone I know not to go there.
