Not Worth Time or Money: My fiancee and I went here the other day, arrived 15 minutes early and were turned away from the door and told to come back at our appointment time as no one there would help us until then. We came back and were let in the store, but were forced to wait 10 minutes until someone finally came to help even though the person that let us was doing nothing more than just sitting behind a desk watching us wait.

Finally a sales rep (Lauren) appeared, conferred with the silent desk girl, then acknowledged our existence. There was no apology for her tardiness, no explanation offered, and to add further insult, she addressed my fiancee by the wrong name! Further insult was given when she admitted she had no reason why were visiting the store that day.

While shopping for gowns, the service provided by the rep was sub-par. She did little more than let us browse the racks and clamp dresses at the back as needed so my fiancee could see what she looked like in a mirror. She offered no advice, no help, and no interest. To be honest, I've received better treatment from staff at malls and fast food restaurants.

At the end of our appointment, we were brought downstairs where the sales rep that was supposed to help us interrupted our service to answer the door and greet (with a great deal of genuine enthusiasm) another customer and express thinly veiled disappointment that she had to delay further conversation with these new clients so she could "finish up" with us.

Returning to us, Lauren told us we had to leave personal information with them without explaining why and then dismissed us without asking if we had any questions. I asked one question any way and she gave an answer without sitting down or asking if we had anything further to ask. A far cry from the "champagne toasts" and "made to feel welcome" atmosphere this place boasts of on its websites.

Clearly this company doesn't value its customers or reputation even during a recession.
