Incredible tasting class: I just returned from a bourbon tasting class at the Willow Park liquor store. It was held in the basement in a large room, seating probably 80 or more, but there were about 30 people there. The speaker, whose name I can't remember but he is the "bourbon guy" at the store, did an incredible job of not only explaining the bourbons we were trying, but sharing his knowledge on bourbon in general. It was only $20 and was an amazing evening, filled with some interesting bourbons and types I've never tried before, for sure.
